While our company’s emphasis in the early years was to build and retain, our scope and expertise has grown to encompass many different types of construction. Becoming a full-service general contracting firm, Central States Construction is building a solid reputation by constructing high-quality projects that exceed client expectations, always striving to provide the best value for the client.
COMPANY TIMELINE
2005
Trittenbach Development was formed. First projects included:
- Medical Office Buildings
- Townhomes
2008
Trittenbach was working on its sixth project and put 93,000 square feet under one roof. Looking toward the future, we started to understand the student housing market.
2009
First student housing project was successfully completed.
2014
Started first out-of-state student infill project with top amenities in Bowling Green, KY.
Began work on 200-acre development in Columbia, MO.

2016
Started second out-of-state student housing project in Stillwater, OK.
With growth and expansion, we went through re-branding.

2017
As we moved toward additional projects in 2017, we continued to grow our management team and planned to expand our portfolio of completed projects as we continued to develop our customer relationships. We changed our name on January 1, 2018 to Central States Construction to reflect the updates as we continue to grow.
